For GM / General Motors. The piston pin ID has decreased as a running change on LNF 2.0L ECOTEC engines. The adapters included with currently Essential EN-46745 Piston Pin Retaining Ring Replacer do not fit this updated piston pin. EN-46745-4 is sized to fit the ID of the piston pin to center EN-46745, and allow the ring to be removed or installed without scratching or damaging the piston or retaining ring.
